Southside based in Walterboro, SC is a leading construction firm in the customized container solutions space. It builds projects for government, education and disaster relief applications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Southside’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Sonny Miles, will retain an equity stake in the company and will serve as President of Southside Container.
